No one can deny that self-confidence is a very important quality to achieve success in life.   • Pay attention to your walking and seating

3. Be better in one thing than others

5. Visualize that you are confident

Your strong thinking goes astray, so think of yourself as a confident person every day. Anyone can imagine, as if you are standing at some stage giving a speech to thousands of people, or giving a fantastic presentation in any seminar hall, and everyone is impressed with you, complimenting you everywhere. It is happening and people greet you by applause. Albert Einstein has also called imagination more powerful than knowledge; And you can do a great job by using this power.

6. Do not be afraid to make mistakes

Do you know any person who has never made a mistake? Do not know, because making mistakes is the nature of man, and I would say that birth rights also exist. Use this right to you. Make sure you try this effort, though some people may take lightly in the beginning and maybe even joke, but when you are constantly engaged in your efforts then those people will stand up for you and clap your hands.

Whenever you have a chance to prove yourself before you, take full advantage of it. Agar aap khud ko sochne se rok nahi pa rahe ho to behtar hoga ki khud ko kisi na kisi kaam me busy rakhe. Kisi kaam me khud ko busy rakhna sahi hai. Behtar hoga ki ye hobby aap apne jivan me add kar le. Apne aapko busy rakhne ke liye aap TV par koi movie dekh sakte hai, music sun sakte hai, kahi ghumane ja sakte hai, dosto ke sath baatain kar sakte hai..

5. Logo se milte julte rahe

Agar aapka maan karta hai ki aap ghar par rah kar TV dekhna chahte hai to khud ko ek daant lagaye or kahe hi ' nahi bahi hume to bahar jana hai. Dosto ke sath plan banana hai or agar dost nahi hai to dost bana lijiye kyonki kaha jata hai ki hum ek samajik prani haior jab tak hum akele rahenge to hum tension me rahenge. समय की बर्बादी को कैसे रोके ? Time Management In Hindi


नमस्कार दोस्तों, आज मैं आपको बहुत ही important topic share कर रहा हूँ " TIME MANAGEMENT " वैसे तो internet पे Time Management से related बहुत से topic आपको मिल जायेंगे, पर वो सारे English में होंगे. वैसे तो Time Management के बहुत से तरीके हैं पर वो सब practical न होकर theoretical ज्यादा है. आज मैं आपको कुछ practical बातें share करूँगा जिन्हें आप अपने life में अपना कर Time Management कर सकते हैं. 

1. योजना बनाये - Planning

सबसे पहले आप अपने पुरे दिन के work की एक list बना ले. जब आपकी पूरी list तैयार हो जाये, तो आप अपनी list को चार भागो में divide कर लें Morning, Afternoon, Evening और Night..
जो काम आपको सुबह करनी है उसे Morning part में रखें, जो काम आपको दोपहर में करनी है उसे आप afternoon वाले part में रखें , जो काम आप शाम को करना चाहते है उसे आप evening वाले part में रखे और जो काम आप रात में करना चाहते है उसे आप night वाले में part में रखे. ऐसा करने से आपको एक clear work time नजर आएगा और आपको पता होगा की आपको कब क्या करना है. 
अपने प्लानिंग के हिसाब से अपना daily routing बनाये और उसी के हिसाब से अपना काम करें ..

2. बदलाव करे - Changing

समय के साथ हर चीज बदलती है. हमारी daily life में भी कुछ न कुछ बदलाव आ जाते हैं. हम काम कुछ ओर सोचते है और बिच में कुछ ओर काम आ जाता है. जैसे family, boss, friends या कोई accident. जिसकी वजह से हमे सब कुछ छोड़ के उन्हें ज्यादा priority देनी पड़ती है और उस समय हमारी सारी planning बरबाद हो जाती है. 
इसलिए जब भी कोई important काम के बिच कोई आये तो उसे priority के हिसाब से तुरंत उसे अपने list में डाल दें और जल्दी से जल्दी अपने काम में लग जाये. कभी आपको ऐसा लगे कि list बनने में आपसे कोई गलती हो गई तो उसे अपने work के हिसाब से change करते रहें. 

3. विशलेषण करें - Analyse

जब आप all work done कर चुके होते हैं तब भी बहुत कुछ रह जाता है. जैसे आपके जैसा काम सोचा होगा वैसा नहीं हुआ होगा, जल्दबाजी में काम बिगड़ गया etc etc.. अब आपको अपने time table को विशलेषण करने की जरुरत है. रात को सोने से पहले आपको अपने time table का विशलेषण करना चाहिये, जिससे आपको पता चले की आप कहा अपना time बरबाद कर रहे हो. 

Daily के time table विशलेषण का फायदा ये होगा कि आप अपनी कमजोरी और strength का पता चल जायेगा और आप अच्छे से time management skills सिख जायेंगे. वैसे तो time management करने के बहुत से तरीके है और हर कोई नए-नए तरीके बतलाता है. मगर इस article में मैंने आपको अपनी life में अपनाये हुए practical तरीके दिए हैं, जिसे अपना कर आप अपनी life skills को ओर भी ज्यादा improve कर सकते हैं.

Ab aap 50 minute padhne ke bad jo 10 minute ka brake logo tab aapko ek 10 minute ka timer lagana hai or is 10 minute me kuch bhi physical work karo.
