Apne Dimag Se Bekar Ki Baaton Ko Kaise Nikale ?


Agar aapke dimag me idhar-udhar ke vichar yani ke faltu ke vichar chalte rahte hai to aap un vicharo se mukti paye or faltu vicharo ko mare goli. Waise to hamare dimag me kuch na kuch chalta rahta hai, agar aap ye soch rahe ho ki kahi ye koi bimari to nahi to ye galatfemi apne dimag se nikal lijye. To aaiye kuch aise tarike batate hai aapko jinke jariye aap apne dimag me aane wale faltu ke vicahro se mukti pa sakte hai.

 1. Accept Kare

Aap soch rahe honge ki kya accept karna hai ? Aapko ye accept karna hai ki aap over thinker ho.. Inhe medical language me reuminator kaha jata hai. Matlab ye ki jab aap apne sath ho rahi problems ko accept karenge tabhi us problem se ubhar payenge. Isliye ye maan le ki aap reuminator hai. Har samay sochte rahte hai. 2. Khud ko maaf kare

Isay apne jindagi ki aakhri galti na maan baithe or na hi sabse badi galti ka darja de. JIndagi bahut badi hai. Isme galtiya hona lajmi hai. Behtar yahi hai ki agar galti hui hai to khud ko maaf kare. Khud ko jis din maaf kar denge, aap notice karenge ki aage chalne me aasani ho rahi hai. 

3. Khud se baat na kare

Over thinkr loge ke sath aksar ye problem hoti hai ki wo jaha bhi akele hote hai , khud se baatain karne lagte hai. Isay akelapan kaha jata hai. Akelapan mehsus karte huye wo is tarah kisi baat ki gahrai tak pahuch sakte hai ki wo bhul jate hai ki wo apne aapse baatain kar rahe hai. Over thinker logo ko chahiye ki wo khud se baatain na kare. 4. Apne aapko busy rakhe

Agar aap khud ko sochne se rok nahi pa rahe ho to behtar hoga ki khud ko kisi na kisi kaam me busy rakhe. Kisi kaam me khud ko busy rakhna sahi hai. Behtar hoga ki ye hobby aap apne jivan me add kar le. Apne aapko busy rakhne ke liye aap TV par koi movie dekh sakte hai, music sun sakte hai, kahi ghumane ja sakte hai, dosto ke sath baatain kar sakte hai..

5. Logo se milte julte rahe

Agar aapka maan karta hai ki aap ghar par rah kar TV dekhna chahte hai to khud ko ek daant lagaye or kahe hi ' nahi bahi hume to bahar jana hai. Dosto ke sath plan banana hai or agar dost nahi hai to dost bana lijiye kyonki kaha jata hai ki hum ek samajik prani haior jab tak hum akele rahenge to hum tension me rahenge. Aapne dekha hoga ki kisi chidiya ghar (zoo) me agar koi janwar akela rahta hai tab kaha ke prabandhak jald se jald dusare janwar ko talashna suru kar deti hai, taki akela janwar bimari ka shikar na ho or sakun se rah sake.
Janwar ho ya insan sab ko sath rahna hi accha lagta hai or agra akele hao to samajh lo ki hum mansik rup se kuch na kuch bimar mahsus karte rahenge. Kahte hai " khali dimag saitan ka ghar hota hai " agar dusari bhasha me kaha jaye to khali dimag bimari or tension ka bhi ghar hota hai.
