Competitive Exam Ki Tayari Kaise Kare ?


Agar aap kisi competitive exam ki tayari kar rahe honge to jarur aapne kon na koi coaching institute to kiya ho hoga. Par jitni bhi coaching institute hai ye aapka course complete karwa deti hai lekin course complete karwane ke alawa bhi bahut sari chije aisi hoti hai jo batana chahiye par koi bhi nahi batata. Haaj hum aapko 5 chije bataunga or aako ye 5 chijo ko follow kare , or isay follow karne ke bad aapki preparation karne ki speed 4 times bad kayegi.

 1. Subah 4 baje uthe

Jaldi uthe or jitni jaldi ho sake padhai karni suru kar dijiye. Kuch log to raat ke student hote hai wo der raat tak padhai karte hai or subah late se uthate hai. Ek baat gor karne ki hai ki din bhar me aap bahut sari activity karte hai or raat hote-hote aapka dimag itna jyada thak jata hai ki aapke dimag ki jo efficiency hai wo 50-60 % kam ho jati hai. Or competitive exam ki tayari karne ke liye itni efficiency ke sath padhai karne par kuch bhi nahi hoga. 

Subah uthane ka ek tarika hai , chahe aap raat ko kitne baje bhi so jao .. subah 4v baje jaise hi alarm bajega aap uth kar baith jao , suruwat me thodi paresani to hogi hi par 5-6 din ke andar aapko apne-aap hi raat ko jaldi hi neend aane lag jayegi.

2. Padhai ke bich me brake le

Jyadatar jo student competitive exam ki tayari karte hai ki kitne ghante padhne chahiye ? Par ek chij aapko samajhni hogi ki ghanto me padhai nahi hoti , jab bhi padhai kare 50 minute padhai kare or fir 10 minute ka brake le le. Kyonki ek human mind 52 minute se jyada kisi chij par concentrate nahi kar sakta. Isliye ek bar me aap sirf 50 minute padhiye or fir 10 minute ka brake le lijiye. 

Ab aap 50 minute padhne ke bad jo 10 minute ka brake logo tab aapko ek 10 minute ka timer lagana hai or is 10 minute me kuch bhi physical work karo. 

NASA ke andar jitne bhi training schedule hai wo sabhi isi aadar par chalte hai. 5o minute ki class or 10 minute ka brake jiske andar kuch physical activity ki jati hai. Or ye wali baat aap bhi acchi tarah jante hai or main bhi acchi tarah janta hu ki NASA wale log jo hai wo mujhse or aapse bahut jyada samajhdar hai. Isliye jab bhi padhe 50 minute study or 10 minute brake le.

3. Jab bhi thakan mehsus ho to Gahri saas le

Jab bhi aap padhai kare or aapko meri batai hui ye wali baat yaad aa jaye to aap ek gahri saas le or usko chod de. Aapka dimag ekdum se recharge ho jayega. Hamara jo dimag hota hai wo 2 chijo par kaam karta hai , pehli chij hai oxygen ho dusari chij hai Fructos. Fructos ek prakar ki sugar hoti hai. Dimag ko jo energy milti hai wo Fructos se milti hai or dimag ki jo activity hoti hai wo oxygen se chalti hai. 4. Motivational books padhe or video dekhe

Jab aap kisi competitive exam ki tayari kar rahe hote hai to bahut samay tak kuch bhi nahi hota hai. Matlab kai saalo tak kuch bhi nahi hota hai. Jo aspirant hai wo aspirant hi bana rahta hai. Log usko bekar, berojgar kahte hai. Fir us insan ki mehnat jab safal hoti hai or wo insan jo kal tak bekar, berojgar tha wo aaj ek IAS officer ban jata hai. Yani jab tak tera result nahi aaya tha tab tak tu bekar, berojgar hai, 2 minute bad jaise hi result allowance hua tu IAS officer ho gaya.
