Is tarah ke sochne or normaly sochne me ye fark hai ki isme hum kisi khas target ko lekar sochte hai jabki normal sochne me vichar apne aap maan me aate rahte hai.


Padhne Ke Aadat Dale

Padhne ki aadat hamare liye kai tarah se faydemand hoti hai. Ye hume positive banaye rakhti hai or sabse badhkar ki issay dimag tej hota hai. Aap aise book ko padh kar apna dimag tej kar sakte hai jinke bare me aapko pahle se jankari na ho.

Ye sabse majedar tarika hai apne dimag ko tej karne ka. Aap apne mobile ya computer par aise games khel sakte hai jisme dimag tej hota ho. Jaise chess , suduku, puzzles solve karne wale games or crosswords.

Mathematices karna dimag tej karne ka sabse purana or asardar tarika hai. Aap math ki +,-,÷,x wali calculation karke apni dimag ki power bada sakta hai. Iske sabse accha tarika hai ki aap ghar me kisi chote bacche ko apna partner banaye or ye sab sikhaye, ye aap dono ke liye faydemand rahega.
