Student Life challenges se bhari hoti hai or baat jab exam ki ho to ye challenge thodi or badi ho jati hai. Parents ki expectation or badhta competition baccho par or pressure dalta hai, jissay aksar ve ghabra jate hai. Aise me jaruri hai ki bacche or perents dono hi kuch baato ka khyal rakhe, taki exam time unke liye ek bojh na bankar sakaratmak chunoti ban jaye, jise ve healthy tarike se handle kar sake. to yaha hum exam ki tayyariyo se judi khas baatain batane ja rahe hai, jo parents or baccho ke liye faydemand sabit hogi...

Exams sar par ho, tabhi padhai shuru karenge, to bahut der ho jayegi. behtar hoga ki bahut pahle se niyamit rup se thoda-thoda padha jaye, taki exams ke waqt sirf revise karna pade.

Exam ke waqt maan shant rakhe. Agar paper bahut muskil hai , to dhary rakhe. Dhyan se sare sawal padhe, jo aapko aate ho, unhe pahle solve kare or fir bad me muskil sawalo par dhyan de.

Jaldbaji Na Kare

Last minute studies se bache. Agar aapne pure mahine padhai ki hai, to aakhiri do-tin minute me padhne se kya hoga ? Hadbarahat me confusion badhta hai, isliye exam se kuch minute pahle sari kitebe ek taraf rakhkar maan-mastishk ko shant rakhe. Paper agar samay se pahle pura ho jaye, to ek bar wapas sare sawal-jawab dekh le ki kahi jaldbaji me kuch chhut to nahi gaya.

Exam Ke Bad Relax kare.

Agar aapko lag raha hai ki paper utna accha nahi hua, jitna socha tha, tab bhi us par chintan na kare. Issay aage ke subjects par asar padega.

Dar Ko Maan Se Nikal De.

BAhut se students padhne me bahut acche hote hai , lekin unke maan me exam fear hota hai.  Dire-dhire yah dar nafrat me badalne lagti hai , jiska asar padhai or grades par padta hai. Yah dar maan se nikal de, confident rahe or exam se nafrat na kare, usay positive soch ke sath le.

Dhire-dhire aage badhne ki kosis kare. Chote-chote lakshya banaye ki is baar mujhe pichle baar se number jyada lene hai ets.. Khud ko challenge kare ki main yah kar sakta/sakti hu.
